Aqua Mobility

Aqua Mobility is a gentle, low‑impact fitness class held in the heated pool at West Wight Sports and Community Centre on the Isle of Wight. This water‑based exercise session is designed to improve mobility, strength and confidence while supporting the body and reducing pressure on the joints.
Using controlled movements and the natural resistance of water, Aqua Mobility offers a safe and effective way to stay active. The class is welcoming, relaxed and accessible, making it ideal for adults across the West Wight community who are looking for a supportive fitness class on the Isle of Wight. You do not need to be able to swim to take part.
