Body Fit
Overview
Body Fit is a full‑body conditioning class designed for anyone who wants to improve strength, posture and flexibility in an inclusive and welcoming environment. This session blends Pilates, Barre‑style exercises, strengthening, stretching and relaxation to create a balanced workout that strengthens the core, improves mobility and supports overall wellbeing. Using a variety of equipment such as small dumbbells, resistance bands, small Yoga balls and Barre work, as well as bodyweight movements. Body Fit challenges the body in a unique and enjoyable way, making it suitable for a wide range of fitness levels.
