Our Youth Non‑Contact Boxing sessions at West Wight Sports & Community Centre introduce children to the skills, discipline and energy of boxing without any physical contact. Designed for young people of all abilities across the Isle of Wight, these sessions focus on technique, fitness and confidence‑building through fun, structured activities. Based in the heart of West Wight, this inclusive programme gives children the chance to develop strength, coordination and resilience while enjoying a dynamic workout in a friendly community setting.
