West Wight Swimming Club
Overview
West Wight Swimming Club is a long‑established, community‑focused swimming club that uses the pool facilities at West Wight Sports and Community Centre on the Isle of Wight. The club follows a multi‑skilled and inclusive approach, offering opportunities for both disabled and able‑bodied swimmers to develop skills, confidence and a lifelong love of swimming.
The club promotes the art of swimming for safety, health and happiness, providing pathways from learning to swim through to competition, coaching development and life‑saving qualifications. Sessions are delivered during term time and offer structured progression in a supportive club environment.
