This session targets the abdominal muscles, obliques and lower back through a range of controlled exercises that help tone, strengthen and support your core. Whether you’re looking to improve posture, enhance everyday movement or complement other forms of exercise, Total Abs offers an inclusive and accessible environment where you can progress at your own pace.
