Total Step

Overview

Total Step is an energising, full‑body workout designed for anyone in the West Wight and wider Isle of Wight community who wants to boost their fitness in a fun and motivating environment. Using steps and optional weights, this moderate‑ to high‑impact class helps strengthen and tone muscles, burn fat and improve cardiovascular health. The session targets the legs, back, core and thighs through dynamic stepping patterns and controlled strength exercises. Total Step is highly adaptable, making it suitable for all fitness levels — participants can adjust the height of the step and the pace of movement to suit their needs.

Mondays: 19:00-20:00

Tuesdays: 9:00-10:00
